Coordination and professional leadership of the team in day-to-day business as well as promotion of cooperation and further development of team members Planning, organisation and optimization of workflows to ensure efficient processes and high quality standards Central interface between team, management and other departments to ensure a transparent flow of information and smooth cooperation.
