Completed training as plant mechanic SHK, mechatronics for refrigeration, heating builder, gas-water installation, or comparable qualification Professional experience in the field of HKLS and building technology Self-employed, structured and customer-oriented work Friendly appearance and team skills

Your contribution to us

Maintenance, inspection and repair work on HKLS systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary facilities) Troubleshooting and Documentation Ensuring the operational readiness of the technical building equipment Support for renovations or modernisation of technical installations Cooperation with the object manager and external service providers compliance with statutory regulations and internal quality and safety standards On-site customer support in technical terms
