Leadership and overall responsibility for the major projects of the unit Strategic planning and development of the area Ensuring environmental, quality and safety standards Responsibility for planning, approval and implementation of project objectives Network building and maintenance in the field of geothermal energy Risk management and development of solution strategies

Experienced leadership with proven project management expertise in complex infrastructure, energy or geothermal projects Completed engineering course or similar discipline Required: knowledge in geothermal, drilling or reservoir engineering Founded building and legal knowledge and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and EMAS) Team player with strong leadership and communication skills Safe in dealing with project participants and authorities and high self-initiative
