In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a hired person at the Schenefeld site (near Hamburg) at the next possible time Projektmanager (m/w/d) Hanseatic Group is looking for backup for your subsidiary Guba-Trade GmbH. Guba-Trade GmbH is a dynamic and expanding company. We are dealing with seafood products and mainly supply the German-speaking area. Our products are from various European production sites. Guba-Trade GmbH is certified according to the IFS standard “Broker”. MSC/ASC, Global G.A.P. and BIO certification are also of course for us.

Supporting our customers in complaints: You clarify, process and document complaint documents using our ERP and DMS systems You require and archive delivery documents in the document management system and are contact person*in for the RMA process management within the department You communicate safely with international logistics and producers You check open items and send payment reminders as part of the Mahnwesen Together with Accounting and Controlling, you will develop evaluations and analyses on customer complaints You process telephone and written customer and supplier requests with a lot of fingertips

Complete training in the commercial area, also for cross-enterers with first commercial experience Professional experience in complaint processing, internal sales service desirable High customer and service orientation Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good MS Office knowledge in Excel and good Outlook skills Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented thinking and acting Flexibility and teamability The willingness to learn and grow with the tasks
