Head of Commercial Industrial Customer Business (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the Department of Industry Customers Business in the South region at the Munich site and ensure compliance with the defined business and leadership principles You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of the business unit, in particular with regard to digitalization and market changes You are responsible for sales, earnings, damage rates, costs and commissions across all sales channels You control tariffing, costing and controlling, analysing plan-actual deviations and conducting targeted measures You develop new business as well as existing broker and sales partnerships and analyze market and competitive potentials Ensure efficient processes, resource planning and the further development of your employees

You have completed your studies, for example in BWL, Insurance, Finance or Economic Law, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience You bring multi-year experience in underwriting as well as stock and damage management in the field of property insurance for industrial customers You have sound knowledge of industrial insurance business (Property / Commercial Lines) You have experience in cooperation with brokers and different sales channels You have already assumed leadership responsibility and understand how to control and develop teams You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, analytical strength and decision-making and implementation skills
