You actively and independently tax international projects from the real estate industry in the field of energy cost optimization – from start to end To make the right decisions, structure and analyze the relevant project data independently You develop innovative concepts for optimizing energy costs and successfully implement them In the day-to-day business, you are the first point of contact for our international customers and find the right solution for every challenge, measured at the respective local energy markets To ensure the success of the project, you conduct tenders, conduct negotiations and the associated procurement talks with energy suppliers from abroad. You work closely with interdisciplinary and multilingual teams and ensure that all participants are informed about the progress of the project and ensure optimal cooperation

You have a completed training or a completed study (specialist/high school) – preferably in the field of international management, real estate or a study with an energy-economic reference You bring a multi-year (3-5 years) professional experience in project management Very good to flowing French, Italian or Spanish is of advantage.
