Commercial Director (m/f/d)

As Commercial Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the financial management of our company. You develop a load-bearing control architecture, create transparency in all commercial processes and are a business management partner as well as a shareholder. You combine strategic vision with operational excellence – and keeps the focus on economic stability even in dynamic growth phases. Here you are looking for the right tension Financial strategy & corporate governance General responsibility for financial accounting and financial security according to HGB Ensuring future monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Development of a scalable financial and controlling structure Active management of profitability, liquidity and working capital Company and auditor reporting at a high level of transparency Reporting & KPI architecture Construction and development of a KPI-based control system Introduction of data-based decision bases Forecasting, budget and medium-term planning Project controlling in an investment and project-driven business model Cash flow & debt management Control debitor management including dunning and efficiently design payment targets Structure of credit limit and creditworthiness checks Sustainable improvement of liquidity management Digitalization & Processes Development of our ERP landscape (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) Expansion of BI-based reporting (e.g. Power BI) Automation and standardization of commercial processes Leadership Leadership and further development of interdisciplinary teams Building clear responsibilities in a growing organisation Establishing a culture of transparency, reliability and performance orientation

Complete business studies (focus on finance, controlling or accounting) or comparable qualification Multiannual management experience in the commercial sector of a strong medium-sized company Founded HGB knowledge and experience in company reporting Detectable successes in working capacity optimization Very good ERP affinity, ideal experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Experience in building modern BI reporting structures Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical strength and determination Enforceability at the same time team-oriented leadership style Sovereignty in Management, Partners and External Partners
