Tasks with perspectives

You work in a structured manner in our release management process and support the team in preparing, coordinating, performing and reproducing releases in compliance with professional and legal requirements.

You participate in the organisation, preparation and moderation of meetings, support appointments and reviews and contribute to an open feedback and learning culture.

You support the quality assurance of presentations, decision documents and release documentation by collecting, balancing and checking content for completeness.

You help with the structured processing of malfunctions and support requests, first and foremost evaluate and report on ensuring service quality.

You support internal and external communication via various channels (e.g. communities, collaboration tools) and contribute to a clear, standardized information provision.

You work with the coordination and further development of agile work processes and act as an interface between departments and banking partners.

Personality with profile

You are studying economics, business informatics or a comparable course of study - ideally with at least three completed semesters; a completed bank training is a plus.

You have knowledge of German (C1) and good English (B2).

You work quickly into new topics, keep track of complex relationships and implement tasks structured.

You work independently, committed and reliable and bring a high service and quality orientation.

Your analytical mindset, organizational strength and pronounced communication skills are yours.
