Professional control of external billing service providers to ensure energy billing including blocking, collection and reminding (Shared Services) Cooperation in tendering or renegotiation of service contracts Organisation and ensuring the read-out control of all counters and providing measurement data and reports for billing and customer information Ensuring and continuous optimization of the processes for the arrival and transfer of electricity, gas, water and heathouse connections Responsibility for the customer portal incl. Self-service order lines as well as for a coordinated, cross-departmental customer presence Responsibility for digitization issues in sales, in particular in customer communication, across all sales units in the market area of the WW Group as well as professional responsibility for the (future) CRM system

Complete studies, for example, in renewable energies, energy, environmental or utility technology, civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field of expertise. As an alternative or in addition, vocational training in the economic or technical field (required). Multiannual professional experience (approx. 4–6 years) in the energy business environment, ideally with interfaces to sales, digitization or billing. Structured operation, conceptual strength and joy in coordinating complex processes.
