Mini chairs, big ideas and a lot of heart – in our AWO Kindergarten „WiR-Quartier“ in Erfurt we accompany children from one year to the school entrance on their first exciting journeys of discovery. With a lot of love, security and individual accompaniment, we focus on the smallest.

In order to strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for a dedicated educational specialist (m/w/d) for our U3 section. The place is** for the first time indefinitely sub#160;with the option to takeover  and with R *[for phone number see the original ad] hours per week**.

We are a kindergarten in an open concept with around 70 children. Our educational work is situation-oriented, child-centered and shaped by close cooperation in the team – with the aim of providing the children with security, reliable relationships and plenty of space to discover.

Especially in the U3 area we place special emphasis on a sensitive reconciliation, stable references and a lovingly designed everyday life. In this way we create a trusted environment where the youngest can feel safe and develop individually.
