Implementation and monitoring of ongoing financial accounting in SAGE 100 (main book, debitors, creditors, asset accounting) Ensuring the regularity of financial accounting and independent clarification of accounting facts and issues in cost accounting Implementing accounts and analysis of deviations Self-employed clarification and coordination of intercompany behaviour Responsibility for VAT treatment incl. Creation of sales tax pre-registration, annual declaration and summary declaration Participation in monthly and annual accounts, in particular in the formation and dissolution of timely delimitations and voting of accounts Contact for banks and internal departments Optimization, digitization and standardization of accounting processes Process documentation and updating of existing documentation Support for the management of accounting in the quality assurance of financial accounting through independent audit/vote and clean implementation in daily business

Qualification (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in financial accounting (the focus of the main book and close to completion) and ideally first points of contact in cost accounting Good knowledge of tax law, in particular turnover and corporation tax, as well as in accounting according to HGB Ideally experience dealing with SAGE 100 or comparable ERP/Financial Accounting Systems Safe handling of MS Excel Very good German knowledge of Word and Writing (C2)
