For our team in the real estate department we are looking for you as: Immobilienmakler/in (m/w/d) - Rental There's something to do: By actively addressing potential landlords, you will gain new rental properties for the mediation. In doing so, you will create your own network of owners, administrators, builders and investors You carry out object visits to capture the state and features independently You will start market-oriented assessments of the renting height taking into account the location, state and market environment as well as the corresponding attractive exhibits for publication on different platforms You organize and run viewing appointments, as well as housing transfers and the creation of transfer protocols You are in constant exchange with internal specialist departments as well as with external stakeholders (house management, energy consultant etc.) You start simple evaluations (e.g. for the placement rate, marketing duration, customer satisfaction) That's what you bring: You have a completed training as a real estate businessman (m/w/d) You have a well-founded knowledge of rental price determination and target group analysis as well as experience in dealing with rental properties of different types The creation of legally secure rental contracts taking into account legal requirements is not a problem for you as well as the handling of special real estate applications (FIOPORT, Homestaging requests etc.) and online platforms for real estate marketing You are familiar with the operating costs regulation as well as with the rental right (in particular §§ 535 ff.
