As part of the reference care, you plan the therapy of mentally ill people and carry them out independently. You support this with your relationship design in problem management and promote self-employment taking into account resources and individual skills. You are self-employed or co-therapy in group therapies, such as psychoeducation, activation or relaxation groups. In the semi-stationary setting, you accompany our patients through the daily station and are their first contact person/in. You actively participate in the implementation and further development of the nursing concepts and bring your own experiences and skills.

You have successfully completed a three-year nursing training. You have the training as a specialist nurse (m/w/d) psychiatry or a corresponding course of study or the willingness to complete it. Ideally, you already have experiences in the psychiatric field. You are a team player, you have the pleasure of working with different professions and at the same time you want to develop the therapy of the patients independently and independently. You are characterized by high social competence and empathy as well as your commitment and responsibility.
