Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Cooperation in designing and constructing the entire building technology
• Creation of concepts and design plans as well as the preparation of the execution planning for building engineering plants (TGA or HKLS) according to HOAI
• Acquisition and auditing of the respective projects
• Coordination and project management of foreign trades
• Planning and project planning in the area of TGA
• Own-sponsored creation of tenders incl. corresponding offer evaluation

Your qualifications:

Our expectations for you

• Successfully completed studies in the field of supply technology or Energy and building technology or technicians:with several years of professional experience
• Experience in the planning of technical building equipment (TGA) or installations in the area of heating/climate/ventilation/sanitary (HKLS)
• First experiences in 3-D planning and BIM are of advantage
• Safe handling of common CAD programs (e.g. AutoCAD)
• Communicative, structured and team-oriented working
• Very good German knowledge
