You are the face of our brand MINI in the car house and convince by your professional, inspiring appearance – whether at the reception, in the showroom or during test drives. You control the entire sales process – from the first contact point to individual advice and to the transfer of vehicles. You understand how to reach customers emotionally with a charming and competent way – and to inspire MINI fans in the long term. You are actively engaged in enquiries about financing, leasing, insurance, guarantee or complaint – and are also the first contact person after the purchase. You work closely with the sales management, support the offer design and ensure an attractive presentation of the MINI models in the showroom.

A successfully completed training as an automotive businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial qualification. First experience as an automotive sales company or in consulting sales – ideally in the premium or lifestyle segment Impressed customer orientation, communication strength and the ability to inspire people driving licence class B
