Оccupation: IT specialist - system integration

Your tasks:

• 1st and 2nd level support for internal users (on site and remote) on hard and software questions
• Processing of incidents and service requests in the central ticket system (e.g. clients, printers, mobile devices, office applications, VPN, user administration)
• Support and support of client infrastructure (Windows-based jobs, thin clients, notebooks)
• Configuration and support of the printer landscape and coordination of repairs with service providers
• Support for managing mobile devices (e.g. iPhones, iPads) incl. MDMsystem
• Maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge database for recurring topics and solutions
• cooperation in the further development of service processes (e.g. ITIL-oriented processes, automating enquiries)
• Close cooperation with external service providers as part of service provider control and escalation
• Working with rollouts, migrations and location-related projects in the IT environment

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as a professional informant or comparable qualification by means of professional experience
• Experience in IT support (1st/2nd level) and in handling ticket systems
• Good knowledge of Windows client operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
• Experiences in handling MDM systems (Apptec, intune), printing solutions and mobile devices (Apple/Android)
• Very good German and good English skills
• Car driver license (class B, 2)
