Own-responsible implementation of the pay and salary bill in DATEV for several clients with a total of approx. 350 employees

Close cooperation with our payroll team in Bavaria and Hesse

Trustful communication with colleagues via email and phone

Contact person*in for all employees with relevant questions, certificates, confirmations etc.

Reports and certification for health insurance and public authorities

Interface to Accounting, Tax Advisors and Auditors

Creation of evaluations, statistics and reports

Active cooperation and exchange in the dedicated HR team

Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of wage accounting, tax professionals or a comparable qualification

Experience in payroll accounting, ideally with DATEV

Service-oriented thinking and very good communication skills

Structured, independent and conscientious operation

Teamability, reliability and discretion
