For construction projects in Germany we are looking for an experienced personality as a construction manager (m/w/d) – an operating “actor” at the construction site: the coordinated, motivated, controlled, documented and ensures smooth processes in time, budget and quality.

Coordination of the respective construction site directly on site within the framework of GU projects Organisation and monitoring of all construction sites (all construction activities / subcontractors etc.) Partial responsibility for appointment, cost and quality criteria in cooperation with the project manager Creation of building journals and documentation of the construction process Ensuring safety and compliance with environmental standards

Vocational training Founded professional experience as a building manager Basic knowledge in the usual structures: electric, fire protection, drywall, painter, floor, TGA driving licence class B Very high readiness to travel (Germany) Good communication skills
