Performing quality tests for internal and external components using optical 2-D and 3-D and tactile measuring machines; alternative use of conventional measuring means Creating test plans using a CAQ system. Programming of measurement programs for optical 2-D and 3-D as well as tactile measuring machines. Evaluation, analysis and documentation of measurement data as well as derivation of quality-relevant characteristics (KPIs). Ensuring product quality through precise testing and continuous improvement measures Management and monitoring of test equipment Close cooperation with the manufacturing departments to continuously secure and optimise the quality and processes.

Complete technical vocational training, ideally with experience or additional qualification in the field of quality assurance You bring practical experience in the handling of coordinate measuring machines, preferably ZEISS systems, as well as sound knowledge in the application of CALYPSO with Knowledge of how to use test and measurement equipment and their management You ideally have first knowledge of Babtec and secure handling of Microsoft Office applications.
