The EDEKA markets Ingolf Schubert have been very successful in retailing in goods (Müritz) and in Rostock for over 20 years. From a stationary market, an owner-managed, value-oriented company with seven markets has become and two online shops, through which we deliver the desired goods directly to our customers With around 380 employees, we work together to create a special shopping experience in the most diverse departments - goods of daily need, floristry department, tobacco & post shop, salad counters, baking stations and in our own bistro. You run one of our markets with a sales area between approx. 1,300 m2 and 3,000 m2 and is responsible for a team of around 47 to 65 employees. Training in trade (e.g. businessman/wife in the retail trade), trader or further training on trade Multiannual professional experience and expertise in (food) retail – ideally at EDEKA or in a comparable industry Strong business understanding and pay-based control Extensive decision-making Leadership, organisational strength and social competence You work focused and result-oriented – without losing the team idea You meet customers and employees honestly, respectfully and at eye level You want to take responsibility and develop your market independently
