Results of applied research on successful African business are to be communicated in a variety of ways to science, the private sector, politics and civil society. They are responsible for the marketing activities of the Think Tank. They organize and moderate webinars, conferences, workshops and lectures. They maintain the network of companies, politics, associations and international institutions. They conduct independent surveys, perform simple evaluations of data and literature and write short articles. They support the creation of research applications of the Think Tank. They support the management and organisation of the project and the project manager.

They preferably have a successfully completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g. business administration, social sciences, or a comparable subject area. Alternatively, you have a training ideally with first professional experience in the commercial sector, marketing, communication or the like. Marketing and PR knowledge as well as dealing with social media and webinars are welcome. Very good English and German knowledge in word and writing; good French knowledge desired. They convince with a pronounced team capacity, a high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility as well as a high level of contact and communication skills.

They work in a dynamic team with varied tasks in a diverse subject area. You can travel within Germany, Europe and Africa. They have a high degree of self-responsibility and great design possibilities. They benefit from flexible working hours and the possibility to work in part in the home office. They have a variety of possibilities for further education and training. A payment is possible up to TV-L E11, if appropriate. The full-time office is limited until 30.06.2029 (4 years).
