Financial accountant / accountant / tax clerk (m/f/d)

You take over the independent financial accounting for one or more firmly assigned companies in the group of companies and are responsible for the complete mapping of business transactions in the daily business. You create monthly accounts for your companies and make sure that GuV, BWA and balance sheet items are comprehensible, tuned and resilient. You perform regular account adjustments, clarify differences and ensure a clean account logic as well as a reliable data base for reporting and internal evaluations. You process typical core processes of accounting such as creditor accounting, debitor accounting, banking and payment transactions, as well as – depending on the assignment – asset accounting. You create or provide sales tax pre-registrations and ensure the timely work for further reporting topics in the accounting sector. You are contact persons for accounting questions of your companies, agree closely with the commercial contacts on site and ensure a smooth flow of information between operating units and central accounting. Depending on the experience, you take additional responsibility in the final process, e.g. in the production of annual accounts according to HGB or in the optimization of processes and interfaces in accounting.

You have a completed vocational training on the tax specialist (m/w/d) or another commercial training with training in the field of financial accounting and at least first or several years of relevant professional experience. You are safe in the processing of current business incidents and master core processes such as creditor/debitor accounting, account voting, bank and payment transactions. You have demonstrable experience in creating monthly accounts and know the relevant voting and final work (GuV & BWA). Experience in the participation or creation of annual accounts according to HGB is desirable, but no need; crucial are a stable accounting basis and then you can also grow here with your tasks. You work carefully and well structured so that you always have relevant deadlines in mind. You communicate clearly, reliably coordinate with internal interfaces and like to work in one
