AI Platform Specialist (m/f/d)

KALO is the partner for the smart energy transition in residential real estate. We collect energy and water consumption in multi-party homes, bring smart thermostates to the apartment to save heating energy and integrate photovoltaics and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles into the property. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a full-time AI specialist (w/m/d). Become part of our IT operation team and contribute to the productive use of AI in the company. As a central contact person for our AI landscape, you coordinate the cooperation between IT, departments and governance functions, keeps platforms, use and costs in mind and successfully brings AI applications into practice

Operation and development of AI solutions – in particular Microsoft Copilot (incl. Copilot Studio), Claude Code and future AI platforms. Platform management and integration – technical integration of systems and coordination with relevant stakeholders. Use, license and cost management – create transparency about usage, consumption and economy. AI governance and security – technically implement security and governance requirements and ensure the responsible use of AI. Use Cases and Adoption – Support and support specialist areas in the identification, introduction and use of AI applications.

Experience in the IT, platform or digital environment, ideally related to AI tools or automation Understanding Cloud Platforms, APIs and Integrations Experience in the operation or configuration of software platforms Basic knowledge of IT security, data protection and governance Understanding cost models (e.g. licensing, consumption / token-based billing) Analytical and structured thinking as well as independent work Ability to understand technical contexts Interest in new technologies and their practical application in the company
