The Schön Klinik Roseneck, part of the Schön Klinik Group, with the locations Prien am Chiemsee and Rosenheim as well as a daily clinic in Prien, is one of the largest psychosomatic and internationally recognized specialist clinics in Germany with 720 beds. Our team of 790 employees is responsible for around 3,100 patients each year, both adults and young people from 12 years. The clinic is an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and cooperates with numerous other universities. We are looking for a staff member (m/w/d) in parttime at the next possible time. Advising executives and employees in all personal topics. Responsibility and planning of your own care area. Takeover of own projects. Support in the introduction of new digital HR solutions. Create evaluations, reports and decision templates. Working with the personnel cost planning.

You bring a relevant study or comparable training in human resources. You have already worked in a comparable position and have first experiences with SAP HRP. You are open to the introduction of new software solutions in the personnel sector and are routined with Excel. You can also work with personal controlling-relevant numbers. Your good conception and customer-oriented mode of operation are characterized.
