After intensive integration into our existing and future ERP system, you actively shape the introduction of an ERP system that is used throughout the company and contribute significantly to the digital transformation of our locations in Berlin and Brandenburg In doing so, you train employees on site, accompany the introduction of new processes and working methods and actively support our sites in the process of change You create and maintain process documentation (e.g. in Confluence) and thereby ensure a sustainable introduction In addition, you take over first-level support for user questions around our ERP system and pass them on to the next instance if necessary You are the impulse generators for the central organization and developer team

You have a successfully completed training or a successfully completed study in commercial or technical fields You bring process knowledge and relevant professional experience and are already familiar with other ERP systems Their way of working is characterized by an understanding of change processes, structured approach and an abstract mindset. You are happy to convey knowledge, train users and inspire colleagues for new digital processes You have a driver's license (at least class B) and have the willingness to mobility and on-site operations in our branches (about 120 days of use per year)
