You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the planning team and continuously develop the planning processes. You are responsible for the multi-stage planning of siloware groups and filling quantities in SAP S/4HANA and ensure demand-oriented and timely production. In doing so, coordinate the allocation of raw materials, pre- and coupling products and ensure an optimal production order. The scheduling and monitoring of the finished goods will help you closely with sales and ensure a high delivery reliability. For defined product families, you take over the cross-border planning and coordinate capacities and production sites within the JRS group. With the help of relevant key figures and reports, you control stocks, analyze plan-actual deviations and identify optimization potentials. In addition, you will work with make-or-buy decisions and support the cross-site capacity planning. Actively design the digitalization of production planning, develop processes in SAP S/4HANA and establish uniform process standards.

Complete studies in the field of production, logistics, supply chain or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in production planning and leadership of teams Funded knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and production/capacity planning Experience in inventory control, key figures analysis and process optimization A structured and solution-oriented operation High communication, leadership and interface competence Ideally experience in digitization and standardization of planning processes Good knowledge of German and English as well as safe knowledge in MS Office
