3 employees in the energy center Responsibility for the smooth operation of the energy center (heat, cold, ventilation etc.) Coordination and control of foreign companies incl. Performance monitoring and acceptance Organisation and control of maintenance and maintenance measures fault management including fault analysis, initiation and follow-up of measures Participation in optimizations in plant operation (efficiency, availability, safety) Documentation of the work carried out and maintenance of plant data

Completed training in heating/climate/ventilation/sanitary (HKLS) Multiannual professional experience in the operation of technical installations, ideally in an energy center Additional qualifications (wanted): Boilers Master in the field HKLS Advantageous knowledge of maintenance and control systems Extensive sense of responsibility as well as independent, structured functioning Strength of communication and enforcement in cooperation with employees and foreign companies Ready to call, every 4 weeks for a week (Monday Sunday, 17:00am- 07:00am) German language and writing
