What awaits you: You are the first contact person for orders, inquiries, faults and problems of our IT users at the Planegg site as well as all other branches. You work by ticket system, email or phone. In this role you take care of technical and application-specific questions. The configuration and installation of software and hardware as well as repairs complete your task area. Your profile: Ideally, you have a degree in IT (e.g. specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system development or a comparable qualification). They have practical professional experience in IT support and in the technical service environment. You can also demonstrate very good knowledge of MS operating systems and standard software (current Windows client and server operating systems, collaboration tools, groupware and MS Office). Customer contact prepares you joy and a high service orientation as well as team skills are of course for you.
