The Transaction Services Credit Department supports LBBW's business areas in complex project and export financing. The area of responsibility includes the financing of renewable energy projects and the structuring of tailor-made financing solutions for cross-border exports of corporate customers and customers.

As a syndicate attorney (m/w/d), you are working in an international environment with the possibility of temporary operations at LBBW offices. You are part of an expert team for demanding legal advice, in which collegial cooperation, flat hierarchies and short decision-making procedures shape everyday work.

Legal advice on project financing in Germany and abroad Legal support for export and trade financing Independent, solution-oriented consulting of the business units as a fixed contact person Further development of legal standards in the area of responsibility Monitoring and evaluation of developments in legislation and case-law on financial and banking law Design and revision of contract patterns and documentation in the field of project financing and export financing Cooperation in interdisciplinary project teams, in particular on topics such as digitalization and sustainability Professional exchange with experts from other areas of the bank (e.g. structuring, risk, market areas)

Full legal qualification with both State Examina, each with at least the ''satisfactory'' Extensive understanding of business relationships Ideally (first) professional experience in the legal accompaniment of financing transactions in a bank, a law firm, a company or a project developer Knowledge of project financing, export financing or commercial financing Embossed initiative as well as structured and solution-oriented operation Safe and convincing occurrence in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders The skills of negotiation and communication in German and English Team skills and joy in working in international and interdisciplinary teams
