You work in process management with a view to digitalization on a continuous improvement of business processes while maintaining standards, risk assessments and internal control systems. You work with the process managers and process developers: You are impulse generators:in for process and structural further developments, are leading in the cross-departmental process teams and moderate process workshops You support the introduction of standards such as the BVR process map and document the processes graphically in ADONIS NP You are part of the Process & Organisation team in close cooperation with the organizer: in order to ensure the transfer of process changes to the ongoing operation

You have a bank training, an economic study or a comparable qualification and at best bring experience from the banking sector, desirable in the cooperative environment You have knowledge and experience in process management You maintain an independent, analytical, target-oriented and solution-oriented approach and have good communication skills and team spirit
