We are looking for an employee (m/w/d) in the order acquisition in parttime (28 hours) for a renowned customer in Augsburg.

Your activity

· You are responsible for the collection of orders

· In particular, you will be entrusted with receiving and independent processing of complaints

· Order registration / processing.

· Date monitoring and appointment tracking.

· Interface between sales and purchasing.

· Customer contact by phone and email.

· Internal order-related votes / clarifications.
