Co- Pilot – You are the active support of the restaurant management in the coordination of all courses of the restaurant area and represent them in the absence. Service and holiday plans – You help to ensure an optimal employee commitment. Offer design – you support the restaurant management in the creation of the food and beverage offer including the costing of the sales prices. Planning – You support the restaurant management in the purchase of drinks, food and consumables as well as in the selection of suppliers according to the hotel standards. Your training – successfully completed in the hotel industry or gastronomy. Required qualification – trainer certificate according to AEVO.
