Internal Audit Officer – Focus on Data, Processes & Technology (m/f/d)

In this role, you can improve processes measurably and design the revision as a control instrument with:

Testing & Rethinking: You plan and conduct internal revisions with a focus on process issues, regularity, economic efficiency and efficiency Analysis with substance: You evaluate complex amounts of data, compile statistics and use different data sources/banks (e.g. SAP, Excel) to create resilient test results and decision bases Advice at eye level: You are on the side of the management and management as a competent contact person for revision-relevant questions Focusing on control systems: You examine existing internal control systems, evaluate their effectiveness and develop them systematically Reports with effect: You create meaningful, precise test reports, formulate practical recommendations and accompany their implementation within the framework of targeted monitoring Developing standards: You contribute to the optimization of revision processes, methods and guidelines – always with a view to digitalization and efficiency

Revision experience: You bring professional experience in internal auditing, auditing or auditing – ideally in a residential or engineering environment Professional foundation: You have a technical qualification, e.g. as a civil engineer, architect, technician or master with a pronounced number affinity; Alternatively, you have a completed BWL study or a completed training to the real estate businessman/industrial businessman Technical understanding: You have a good understanding of building engineering processes, construction processes or the technical infrastructure of real estate projects Data & analysis competence: You deal with large amounts of data and master common tools such as Excel, SAP or database systems for analysis and evaluation Structure & clarity: You are characterized by a structured, precise operation and a pronounced analytical capability Communication & Expression: You formulate clear and target-group-oriented – written and oral – and can represent complex facts in a comprehensible and convincing manner
