Head of SAP Development and Interfaces (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Head of SAP Development and Interfaces m/w/d for our Corporate IT organization unit in Munich at the next possible time.

Management and further development of the team (9 employees) in the environment of SAP Development and Interfaces and related technologies as well as the system and application architecture Introducing innovative and sustainable technologies and building the necessary internal and external resources Communication with the departments and users with regard to potential solutions and projects Budget and expertise for the team and external resources Function as coach and mentor for all team members and as a link to other teams in and outside the area Responsibility for project implementation and stable operation of applications and products

Completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification Detectional Experience & Joy in Leadership and Development of Teams Multiannual experience in the field of SAP programming (including knowledge in ABAP and ABAP OO) and/or in the field of interface development Found experience with the platforms SAP BTP, S/4HANA, SAP PO Experience gained with technologies such as BAP, Fiori and RAP, CDS, OData, REST and SOAP, EDI/IDoc processing and cloud integration Ability to express complicated facts in a comprehensible way and transport them accordingly Proven communication strength - especially as an interface between specialist and IT as well as between the IT teams Embossed analytical and problem-solving capability Very good German and good English skills
