Own planning, control, handling and project documentation of complex projects (new, new, new, new and new), including technical feasibility studies, cost estimates, construction schedules and their monitoring as well as contractor representation at all stages of HOAI Technical management of the supply technology and TGA as well as control of internal and external project teams with different disciplines (e.g. manufacturing, engineering offices, construction, HLSK, ELT, GA) Creation, monitoring, testing and evaluation of planning, dimensioning, statics through construction models up to commissioning, including technical documentation and coordination with authorities, organisations, the maintenance team and energy management Creation of concepts, technical documentation and performance directories and support of the procurement processes with purchasing, including supply collection Coordination of overall construction processes and responsibility for technical monitoring as well as transfer of equipment to the company, monitoring of deficiencies and proposals for reducing consumption Ensuring compliance with regulations, directives and safety standards Contact persons for authorities and regular reporting and presentation of the project stand in the relevant control bodies

Successfully completed university studies in the field of supply technology, technical building equipment or a comparable study direction Multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of new, supplementary and remodeling projects in the field of TGA or building technology Practical experience and knowledge with VOB, VgV and HOAI as well as in project management In handling standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office), character programs (AutoCAD), preferably MEP and project control/planning software as well as SAP, it is advantageous Very good knowledge of German and English Impressed communication skills, competence in managing cooperation between different stakeholders, motivation and flexibility Good analytical understanding, enforcing and a structured, independent and innovative way of working Interest in professional development
