As part of the Corporate Development Staff Division, Team Strategy & Consulting together with the management of Hermes Germany ensures the achievement of short- and long-term corporate goals. The focus will be on strategy development, consulting, innovation and stakeholder management. You are responsible for the design and implementation of (part) projects, you conduct your own topics, e.g. in corporate transformation, strategy development and supply chain management You managst stakeholders from a wide range of disciplines and report to the top management You develop market scenarios, guide effective action recommendations and develop concrete proposals for the optimization and digitization of business processes and structures that you prepare in the form of process and organization concepts In cooperation with our departments, you will develop analyses and assist in creating concepts and business cases You are responsible for the preparation and implementation of meetings and workshops as well as the result documentation and presentation of your subprojects As part of our Strategy & Consulting team, you make an important contribution to actively shape the future of Hermes Germany, implement key strategic projects and achieve key milestones in corporate development.

Successfully completed studies in economics or in a comparable field Ideally from three years of professional experience in project management, strategy development, internal / external consulting environment, start-up or group environment Knowledge and experience in classical and agile project management Excellent conceptual and analytical skills with pronounced process thinking and rapid understanding Very good communication skills, safe occurrence and high social competence High operational readiness, resilience, motivation and flexibility Very good knowledge of the MS Office package and knowledge of English in word and writing
