Varied and responsible tasks: You take over the processing of debt collection cases – from the facility to the conclusion – and you are responsible for the processing of overdue claims of our members. You will communicate with our members, debtors, clients and external partners (e.g. lawyers, courts). Communication and negotiation: You explain the causes of payment delays with our members' customers and find constructive solutions to compensate for the demands. Legal know-how: You conduct judicial dunning procedures independently, perform enforcement measures and process insolvency cases. Phone-inkasso: Active telephoning is yours – you actively support us in the phone-inkasso and bring fingertips and negotiation skills.

Completed training as a lawyer or comparable commercial qualification. Experience in debt collection or debt recovery – ideally in the economic environment. Communication strength and negotiation skills, in particular in dealing with various interlocutors. Reliability, care and a high degree of initiative. Joy in teamwork and the ability to work quickly into new topics.
