Project Manager TGA - HVAC / Supply Technology / HOAI (m/f/d)

You take over the full management of TGA projects in the field of supply technology, from the first idea to the final handover (HOAI 1-9). You control the planning of heating, ventilation and sanitation technology, first design drawings and answer the tender documents. As a central interface, you conduct your internal planning team and coordinate cooperation with builders, architects and executive companies. You actively monitor the progress of construction on site, coordinate the structures and ensure compliance with our high quality standards. You are responsible for the project controlling, monitoring budgets and appointments and are responsible for the testing and approval of construction services and invoices.

You have a successfully completed study, a vocational training or a technician/master training in the field of HLS technology You have relevant professional experience in the planning of HLS systems You control subject-related calculation software as well as MS Office programs You have fluent or reliable knowledge of German CAD identifiers are advantageous You are team-ready and have good planning and coordination skills
