IT Specialist – Onsite Support (m/f/d)

you provide us with a secure operation of over 6,000 IT jobs in an interesting IT environment you support and advise users on IT issues and service issues you will independently process IT skills and find sustainable solutions to IT problems you work on projects or coordinate them to continuously improve our IT services

you have successfully completed a training as a specialist in system integration (m/w/d) or have a comparable IT qualification and professional experience ideally, you bring practical experience in IT support and appreciate working with a ticket system Experiences with ITIL are beneficial you have knowledge of Windows FAT clients, Thin clients and virtualization you are responsible and committed - a customer-oriented action is of course for you
