Effectiveness: Ensuring a continuous improvement in the effectiveness of our product teams as well as a reliable and successful collaboration between product owners, developers, designers and other stakeholders. Moderation: moderation and execution of all relevant Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. Support: Product Owner support in Backlog Refinement, Priorization and preparation of sprint targets as well as support in test management and quality assurance. Impediments: Identification and elimination of obstacles that affect the performance of the team, as well as promoting self-organisation and self-responsibility. Digital product development: team support in the development of new digital business models and the continuous development of existing digital products. Collaboration: Promoting close cooperation between Product Owner, Developer Team and relevant stakeholders to achieve common product objectives. Continuous improvement: promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement of processes, working methods and team performance. Agile Frameworks: Support for the introduction, application and further development of agile methods and frameworks, especially Scrum. Mindset: Promoting agile values and principles as well as supporting an agile thinking and working of the organization. Coaching: coaching teams and individuals as well as carrying out workshops and training on agile methods and procedures. Sparring partners: Advising and supporting product owners, executives and stakeholders on issues related to agile cooperation, team dynamics and agile working methods.

Professional experience: You have at least. 5 years of professional experience as a certified Scrum Master and in cooperation with product and development teams as well as other relevant stakeholders. Agiles know-how: You have a sound knowledge & at least. 5 years of practical experience in the implementation of Scrum and a deep understanding of agile values and principles. Communication: You have strong communication, moderation and conflict resolution skills. Product understanding: You are interested in digital products and enjoy developing innovative solutions together with product owners and development teams and developing existing products. Presentation capability: Self-employed creation & sovereign presentation of C-level-friendly results, decision-making & status presentations in PowerPoint. Technical understanding: You have a good understanding of software development, DevOps and frontend and backend technologies and can communicate with developer teams at eye level. Digital affinity: You work safely with Microsoft-365 applications and have experience with product and collaboration tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday or comparable solutions. Servant Leadership: You understand yourself as a coach, moderator and enabler and support teams through empowerment instead of through professional instructions. Languages: You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level). Scaling: experience in collaboration with several agile teams or larger agile organisations.
