Lead Buyer External Work Force | Temp Labour (m/f/d)

You develop and manage the group-wide product group and sourcing strategy for external workforce and personal services and implement it nationally and internationally together with countries, locations and central functions. You control and optimize the end-to-end process from the demand requirement and classification to tendering, commissioning and onboarding up to operational control, billing and offboarding and advise the departments in selecting the suitable application model. You analyze needs, markets, cost and supplier structures, conduct national and international tenders as well as contract and contract negotiations and implement standardization, bundling and saving potentials. You develop group-wide contract and compensation models, rate cards and benchmarks as well as a risk-based supplier management with clear compliance requirements, performance indicators, audits and escalation paths. You create transparency about costs, conditions, suppliers and revenues, tax the product group on the basis of KPIs and management reports and drive the group-wide expansion of the Vendor Management System as well as the standardization and digitization of the processes.

You have completed your studies, for example in business management, supply chain management, economic law or human resources management, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. You bring well-founded experience in the strategic purchasing of employee transfer, personal services, external workforce or comparable workforce categories. You master strategic sourcing, tenders and negotiations as well as contract, supplier and risk management and can develop and implement sustainable product group strategies. You understand the economic, contractual and regulatory requirements of different application models and can classify employee transfer, freelancers as well as factory and service contracts. You have experience in designing and implementing group-wide standards, governance models and processes, ideally in the international environment as well as with Vendor Management systems or VMS/MSP models. You convince through negotiation strength, strategic thinking, implementation orientation, data affinity and secure stakeholder management and communicate in German and English.
