As a Processowner Purchase-to-Pay in the Process Excellence area, you play a key role in standardizing our processes from forecasting to ordering and supplier management to delivery. Here you are a key driver for the implementation of strategic initiatives and digital transformation and bring your ideas and process understanding to improve our global processes in a sustainable manner.

Evaluate and test innovative solutions: Identification, evaluation and testing of new solutions for the future design of the supply chain processes Develop purchase-to-pay processes: Continuous optimization of the purchasing and supply chain processes by digitization and the further development of ERP and planning systems Identify vulnerabilities & run optimization projects: independent identification of process & IT security points as well as control of cross-functional projects for their improvement Support and further develop SAP modules: Responsibility for the underlying (SAP) IT modules, from the detection of the need for change to the operational coordination with internal IT interfaces to the execution and approval of tests Actively shape change management: Ensuring successful and sustainable optimization through stakeholder engagement, change management and effective communication as part of the coordination of roadmaps, milestones and business goals Creating governance & transparency: definition of global frameworks, KPIs and governance strategies to increase transparency within the supply chain

Education & Qualification: Complete Master's degree in economics, engineering, supply chain management or a comparable discipline Professional experience & expertise: Multiannual professional experience in consulting or managing global procurement processes and experience in project management with demonstrable success IT & language skills: impressed IT affinity and a good understanding of processes, systems, data structures and process automation; practical experience with ERP and procurement systems, in particular SAP (MM, PP, EWM); Knowledge of specialized forecasting and planning solutions is advantageous; reliable knowledge of German (min. C1) and very good knowledge of English in word and writing Personal Competence: Embossed communication and persuasiveness to top management level as well as genuine interest in digital solutions and process automation
