Professional and disciplinary leadership of customer service teams Billing Support and Backoffice Control of day-to-day operations and ensuring high service quality Analysis of relevant service key figures and deriving concrete measures Optimization of processes and interfaces in close cooperation with adjacent departments (e.g. product management, finance) Development of knowledge databases, guides and service processes Ensuring professional, solution-oriented and customer-friendly communication

Completed commercial training, economic background or comparable qualification Experience in the professional and/or disciplinary leadership of a team Multiannual professional experience in the back office, support or billing environment Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
