Head of the engineer construction team with personnel responsibility and strategic, conceptual and economic management Developing and updating professional concepts and standards for the entertainment, prioritisation and management of urban engineering and park buildings Development of technical decision-making proposals for medium and long-term measures Processing and control of major engineering projects, in particular bridges, engineering structures and park objects Planning, coordination and evaluation of regular testing of urban engineering works and derivation of conservation strategies Building, updating and technical control of a multi-year building and conservation programme Conceptual design and control of digitalization, in particular for data-based status assessment, action planning, budget management and reporting Development of a strategic management concept for parking objects for medium and long-term optimisation of earnings, taking into account citizens' interests, retail and urban transport An invitation to tender, award, commissioning and billing of engineering services and coordination of external service providers Creation of state, prioritisation and decision templates for management and political bodies Participation in the budgeting of the task and conceptual preparation of economically optimized budget decisions

You have completed their studies in civil engineering, preferably in the fields of construction engineering, transport engineering or construction (Bachelor, Master, Dipl.-Ing. FH/Uni). You bring well-founded knowledge in the technical regulations on engineering structures, in particular in the field of construction testing, as well as in procurement and construction law. You have experience in managing complex projects and ideally in the entertainment, repair or renewal of municipal infrastructures. You have knowledge of HOAI, VOB, BauGB and in the economic management of measures taking into account budgetary, usage and income aspects. You are characterized by conceptual and strategic thinking and are interested in the digital development of professional processes. You have leadership skills, a cooperative management style, communication strength and a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
