Graduated training in a metalworking profession, e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d), construction mechanic (m/w/d), metal maker (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Experience in WIG welding (more important than valid welding certificates) Understanding manufacturing processes and a structured and quality-conscious operation Experience in plant, machine or metal construction is advantageous Craft skills and a strong technical understanding High readiness and flexibility as well as the willingness to take on call if necessary and to support the team also outside regular working hours
