Responsible management of our hotel bar

Ensuring and implementing our service and quality standards and the HACCP guidelines

Responsibility for orders and goods management in the bar sector

Coordination and active cooperation in operational daily business

Monitoring, preparation and evaluation of monthly inventory

Development and implementation of sales-promoting measures

Co-responsibility for the optimization of the cost and sales management of the bar

Personal management incl. service and holiday planning

Active sales and individual advice of our guests

Funded training in gastronomy or hotel industry or multi-year professional experience in a comparable position

Insufficient experience in employee management
