Portfolio Officer (m/f/d)

Accompanying portfolio initiatives along the Epic Lifecycle from idea development to successful implementation is one of your core tasks, as well as ensuring process maintenance

You create decision-making management reports, presentations and session templates including budget views and cost analyses

You are responsible for monitoring and controlling project budgets, cost analyses and continuous care of portfolio dashboards

For portfolio reviews, Steering Committees and comparable forum formats, you will take over organisation and preparation

You coordinate the communication between project teams, departments and management and support the follow-up of agreed measures

The further development of our 'Agile Way of Working'' with SCRUM/SAFe® methods and portfolio processes are optimized by your expertise

You have a degree in economics, economic informatics or a comparable commercial training

Multiannual professional experience in project or portfolio management, ideally in an (IT) project management office

You have a sound knowledge of agile scaling models such as SCRUM and/or SAFe® as well as initial experience in cost control and budget management

Secure handling of MS Office applications and portfolio management tools such as Jira or Confluence

Detail accuracy while looking at the whole, you combine with a proactive posture

Analytical thinking, structured working and good English skills complete your profile
