You take care of the technical issues of the property with independent view of priorities. The facilities include heating, swimming pools, turbines and other building technology: Your comments:

• the maintenance and maintenance of the property in cooperation with other craftsmen
• Control of technical installations, counter readings or building parameters
• Care of the extensive fleet including the organization of repairs, maintenance and TÜV appointments
• regular car transfers and possibly chauffeur rides as well as various messenger services

You should bring well-founded experience with different technical and craft tasks, such as fleet care, light maintenance work and building technology. • You are very reliable, already have experience as a master and can provide appropriate references
• You have an apprenticeship in a craft occupation. You are welcome from the heating or electric field or in related tasks. Mechatronics preferred!

• You have a strong will to keep things in order
• You have good ways of handling and a friendly, polite appearance
• You are owned by a driving licence and have a very good and long-term driving practice
• You have good German language skills
