Your contribution As HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you act as a strategic stimulus for executives and develop and implement tailored HR strategies according to highest international standards.

You take the holistic responsibility for the employee lifecycle – from the development of innovative recruiting and employer branding strategies to highly effective talent and performance management to sustainable organisational development and employee retention.

A special focus is on the design and implementation of forward-looking human resources strategies that actively promote dynamic corporate growth and complex M&A activities.

You play a central role in the strategic development of HR processes, guide company-wide transformation projects and implement innovative HR initiatives with measurable added value.

With your deeper expertise, you ensure strict compliance with labour law requirements and company-wide HR standards and ensure that all personnel processes are designed to meet the highest ethical and entrepreneurial standards.

That's what you bring Multiannual, excellent professional experience in HR Business Partnering, as a HR consultant (m/w/d) or in a comparable strategic key position within an internationally active organisation.

A successfully completed study at a renowned university with a focus on human resources management, economic psychology, business management or a comparable discipline.

Comprehensive expertise in labour law, which allows you to create a sovereign and legally secure complex personal business processes.

Found experience with leading HR technologies, ideally Workday, to efficiently control HR processes at global level.

Excellent linguistic and intercultural communication skills in German and English that enable you to safely navigate an international business environment.

A strong analytical way of thinking, strategic vision and pronounced problem-solving competence, coupled with a proactive, entrepreneurial hands-on mentality and high team orientation.
