Maintenance, maintenance and repair of our technical equipment Monitoring and control of technical devices Implementation of safety, control and rounding Maintenance of outdoor facilities and green areas (with appropriate qualifications) Cooperation with other departments and external service providers Support for daily technical operation

Complete professional training, e.g. as an electrician, painter, plant mechanics plumbing/heating, garden and landscape builder or comparable Knowledge of electrical, sanitary or green area care (“green thumb”) Craft skills and technical understanding Good problem solving skills Driving licence Class B (PKW) Willingness to shift and changing weekend work Good knowledge of German in word and writing
